I LOVE Dancing and Good Party Music

All I can say is I love to dance and I love good music! It makes me the happiest girl in the world! When I hear a good song I do NOT hold back any dance moves. I'll just be at my desk at work mouthing the words and dancing in my chair. I don't even care if anyone sees because it makes my day happier especially if I'm stuck at work. I just can't tell you how much I LOVE to dance!

So one of my BFFs Miranda showed me "The Boogie That Be" By The Black Eyed Peas. It was LOVE at first sight (Or listen). 

As I am typing this post I'm listening to it. I can't stop...listening...I suppose it's a good problem ;)

So some of you might be nervous about dancing. Let me tell you what! I couldn't dance, but I PRACTICED and PRACTICED. Went to parties and practiced. Got all my girlfriends together, turned on the strobe light, and just danced! Practiced with Zumba! It's all about practice :)

Other Tips:

Party Bus:

(I have a suburban so we can fit 8 people in the car so that's why we call it the party bus)
Get all your friends in your car one night. Then blast these song and dance! You don't have to go anywhere (If you are going somewhere it's great for getting you in the party mood), just drive around, dance, have fun, and get weird looks at stop lights. REMEMBER this is NOT and excuse to drive like a crazy person. Be careful and drive the speed limit!

Look up other people's dance moves! Practice from them.

Rip Up Your Cool Card and Don't be Self Conscious:

Don't be too "cool" to dance and don't be self conscious at parties. If you aren't dancing you'll have a terrible time! No body is paying attention to your moves because it's so dark on the dance floor and everybody is paying attention to their own moves. So if you are not and expert yet it's fine! I know this sounds weird, but people will only look if you're good! So if you're bad no one cares!
