9 Stretches to Increase Flexibility You Can Easily Do at Work

So...who else is addicted allwomenstalk.com? I know I am! So I was tooling around on their Health tab and stumbled upon "9 Stretches to Increase Flexibility You Can Easily Do at Work". This caught my eye because I can NOT sit still at work! I am always changing the way I sit...every 5 mins. Cross legs, uncross legs, crisscross apple sauce, put my foot under my knee, put my foot on my desk...OK, I lied about that last one, but you get the point.  I can't stay still. I always get up and stretch when no one is looking.

How about when people are looking? Well, you can do these exercises when people are looking without getting that "Whaaaa?" look. So check it out!:D
